Morgan Miller
Morgan has been working in the dispatching field for five years and currently holds the position of dispatch supervisor at the Yellow Springs Police Department in Ohio. She was honored as the 2024 CIT Public Safety Telecommunication of the Year for Greene County, Ohio and founded FROG in 2023 to pay tribute to First Responders. With a profound passion for the nation's unsung heroes, she is dedicated to advocating for the importance of mental health and recognition in the First Responder community. Additionally, she is a loving mother of three children, one fur baby. She is grateful for the support of her fellow board members and friends, Erin and Travis.

Travis Miller
Travis brings over 13 years of experience as a first responder across multiple disciplines, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by those in the field. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong passion for advocating for his fellow first responders, particularly emphasizing the importance of mental health support and recognition. Travis believes addressing these issues is crucial for the well-being and effectiveness of first responders, and he is committed to ensuring they receive the attention and resources they deserve.

Erin Reynolds
Erin started her career as a dispatcher in September 2020 and has faced numerous traumatic incidents in her short time in the field. Now working as a dispatch supervisor for the Clark County Sheriff's Office in Ohio, she has gained a deep understanding of the mental and emotional challenges first responders face. These experiences have sparked her passion for advocating for better mental health support and recognition within the profession. Erin is committed to raising awareness and supporting initiatives that provide resources for first responders struggling with the emotional toll of their work.
